for those of you who have enjoyed mae's music in the past, but also for those who have yet to enjoy it, the new album set for release on march 29th is a tremendous work. this album, entitled The Everglow, marks the first new, full length of material since their release of "destination: beautiful" in 2003. everything i came to love about the band is done better, cleaner, and more sincere on this release. after having received it early i desperately wait for the official release in just about a month. to get a sense of the new stuff, you should check out their purevolume site where they are releasing a song regurlarly until its release. i haven't felt this good about an album in a long time; maybe because i have been looking for something to rock my world like the albums of old or maybe its just as good as i think it is. nevertheless, heed my diction: the album is amazing....
on another musical note, i am heading downtown in a few hours to pick up the new Mars Volta release, Frances the Mute which is a pretty big deal if you are a fan of the band. as i have yet to listen to it (steal it early), i am not sure what to expect but am expecting great things nonetheless. i will hopefully post some reaction to it soon....
that is all for now. look for more soon....

Hey, I am wondering if you're the same guy who has a blog on blogdrive...or used to...if you're the artist of an image called broken heart of a little dude with his heart being ejected from his chest on a spring....or if you know who is?
ThX.
